Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026

1. About Us

Onbri is a UK-based remote bookkeeping and payroll service. Contact: info@onbri.co.uk.

2. Scope of Services

We provide remote bookkeeping and payroll support services as agreed in writing with each client.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not provide statutory audit services, regulated investment advice, or complex tax advisory services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate information.
  • Submit receipts, invoices, and payroll inputs on time.
  • Review outputs and notify us of discrepancies promptly.
  • Remain responsible for business decisions and compliance.

4. Payroll Cut-Offs

Where payroll services are provided, clients must supply all pay-related information by the agreed cut-off date. Late information may result in delayed payroll processing.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are charged monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are issued electronically.

Late payment may result in suspension of non-critical services and may incur interest in line with applicable UK legislation.

6. Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to pause services where invoices remain unpaid, required information is not supplied, or continuing work would risk non-compliance.

7. Submissions & Authorisation

Where applicable, you authorise us to submit payroll filings (including RTI submissions) on your behalf using information provided by you.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and only share data where required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period giving rise to any claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
